Clubs

Band students in 4th and 5th grade learn to play bass and percussion instruments and perform at an annual school concert. If you want to learn how to play the FLUTE, the CLARINET, the SAXOPHONE, the TRUMPET, the TROMBONE or PERCUSSION, this is the class for you!

Our leaders on campus, 6th-grade students, are responsible for recording our morning video announcements at Horseshoe Trails. Students who model good character and are in good academic standing are selected each quarter.

K-Kids members have the opportunity to work together with Kiwanis-family volunteers to make the community and the world a better place! Students in grades 4th-6th are welcome to join K-Kids. Making a difference within the school and community is what K-Kids is all about!  Club members identify needs within the school and community and develop a plan of action to meet those needs.

Nature Club introduces students to the diversity of life around us in the Sonoran Desert and beyond. Students get to learn about the plants and animals in the Sonoran desert and about different biomes around the world.

Student leaders focus on fundraising, leadership and encouraging a sense of school spirit. Students leaders are selected in 3rd-6th grades by a student election process to be part of the Student Leadership Council.
